As the account manager for Disney TV and Freeform (formerly ABC family), I led a team of social media professionals overseeing community management for major campaigns. We executed live tweeting, moderation, and escalation during high-profile programming events like Freeform’s "31 Nights of Halloween" and "25 Days of Christmas," driving audience engagement and ensuring real-time issue resolution.
The team strategically deployed GIFs paired with impactful copy around pivotal scenes, driving significant spikes in viewer engagement and boosting awareness around key broadcasts.
