At Herbalife Nutrition, I led the global execution of platform-based UGC campaigns spanning 95+ markets, supporting regional and global marketing objectives. I managed the full lifecycle of creator campaigns, from program briefing and roster development to contracting, content scheduling, and post-campaign performance analysis.
Using creator & influencer SaaS platforms including Nosto, I built scalable workflows that ensured legal compliance and brand alignment while significantly accelerating content rights approvals. I collaborated with regional teams to source creators, guide content development aligned to campaign goals, and track performance across key social channels.
My work enabled consistent, high-quality creator content delivery at scale, increased campaign velocity, and improved global UGC utilization across channels.

The primary objective of the program was to produce authentic, high-quality content that captured the real-life experiences and lifestyles of both the brand's distributors and customers. The content highlighted genuine product usage, brand love, and the value of the 'Distributor Difference'.
